The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and growth objectives. This position will proactively generate, profile, and qualify new and existing customer sales opportunities in collaboration with the outside sales team. Providing solution selling options through keen product/technical knowledge is key to this position.
Work with the Sales Organization to generate leads, engage with inactive customers, and provide selling specifications.
Provide follow-up activities related to quotes to increase quote conversion rates.
Maintain Tier One level technical knowledge of the entire product portfolio, with the goal of increasing to Tier Two level within 1 year, Tier Two within 2 years.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
≥ 4 years in manufacturing inside sales/customer service or combination of education and experience
Sales/Customer Service mentality, Technical Acumen, Microsoft Suite of Products, Salesforce.com
