The EHS Supervisor will be tasked with supporting the Regional EHS Manager to ensure the company’s U.S. operations comply with OSHA and other regulatory agencies, company policies, and industry best practice.

Main Responsibilities


Develop, monitor, and continuously improve the company’s EHS functions.


Assist in development and maintenance of the Safety Management System (SMS)


Ensure company EHS goals, initiatives, and campaigns are completed

Other Job Functions


  • Process control of OSHA with compliance and record keeping
  • Maintain air and storm water permitting at both US facilities
  • Maintain all EHS related records in an organized fashion
  • Maintain employee badge and security systems
  • Facilitate industrial hygiene monitoring
  • Assess, execute, and maintain safety training needs of the workforce
  • Develop and deliver monthly safety meetings


  • Ensure requirements of the SMS are met or exceeded
  • Maintain incident reports
  • Lead incident investigations and RCA
  • Assist in security aspects
  • Conduct site inductions for contractors and visitors
  • Conduct safety training for new hires or transfers
  • Execute facility fire, evacuation, emergency drills
  • Conduct audits and inspections as required by SMS
  • Assist with driving qualification, training, and monitoring
  • Frequently collaborate with HR, production, facilities, and engineering


  • Assist in maintaining compliance with ISO 14001, 50001, and OSHAS 18001/ISO 45001
  • Submit company KPIs and ensure their accuracy
  • Oversee contractor safety
  • Assist in maintaining random drug screen programs
  • Lead GEMBA walks to ensure goals are met and maintain records
  • Oversee 5S program
  • Leadership and administration of safety committee
  • Maintain and inspect safety critical equipment such as FA kits, AEDs, eye wash stations, and Fire safety equipment

Job Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in related discipline


Minimum 5 years in safety related role

Specialized Skills:

Working knowledge of ISO 14001, 45001/OSHAS 18001


OSHA certified trainer – OSHA 500/501 preferred/BCSP certification preferred
